Who I Am

This website is run by The Missing Sportswomen, based in the UK. If you have questions about this policy, email hello@themissingsportswomen.com.

What Information I Collect

I only collect information you give me directly through forms on this site:

Newsletter signup: Your email address, so I can send you updates about new book releases and site news.

Teaching resources form: Your email address and which resources you requested, so I can send you the materials.

Submit a book form: Book details (title, author, etc.) and your email address, so I can follow up if I have questions about the submission.

How I Use Your Information

I use your information only for the purpose you gave it to me:

• Newsletter emails: To send you occasional updates about new books I've published or major site news. No spam, no selling your email to anyone.
• Teaching resources: To send you the worksheets, word searches, or colouring pages you requested. After I've sent them, if you have not signed up to receive my newsletter, I delete your email within 30 days.
• Book submissions: To review your submission and follow up if needed. Once the book is added to the library (or I've responded to you), I delete your email.

How I Store Your Information

Your data is stored securely using Netlify Forms, which processes and stores form submissions on encrypted servers. I don't store your information on my personal devices or share it with anyone except the services necessary to run this site.

Cookies and Analytics

This site uses:

Analytics cookies: I use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site (which pages are popular, where visitors come from, etc.). This helps me improve the site. These cookies don't identify you personally.
